The Resource Pack for Individual Soft Skills Training provides targeted support for each skill identified as essential when teaching Generation Z students. For every skill, the pack includes:

  1. a) a detailed explanation of why the skill is important in educational practice, and
  2. b) a set of activities and exercises that individuals can use to strengthen and further develop their competences.
